Russ and Catie were the only reason our home sold as quick as it did. In a more difficult market at the time, Russ provided counsel around pricing that got eyes on our property that otherwise would not have happened. Once under contract with an over asking offer, Russ walked me step by step through the process and Catie stepped in and was incredibly helpful in keeping the ball moving forward and making sure I had what I needed.
